The Relationship between Social Responsibility and Organizational Health of Young School Teachers The Role of Organizational Trust

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social responsibility and organizational health and the mediating role of organizational trust of Joven school teachers. The research is a descriptive-correlational research and its method is survey. The statistical population includes all secondary school teachers in Joven. The sample size is 180 people, of which 142 were selected by simple random sampling method and a questionnaire was distributed among them according to Morgan table. Three questionnaires were used for research tools. Gaffe Responsibility Questionnaire - Hui and Fieldman Organizational Health Questionnaire and Standard Organizational Trust Questionnaire. At the level of descriptive statistics, the statistical characteristics of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation are used, and in inferentiality, the test of normality, correlation and structural equations are used. The results were analyzed with SPSS software version 20. As the diagrams show, considering that the coefficient of responsibility has been obtained in a significant state (3.02), it shows that it has a direct effect on organizational health and also the coefficient of mediation of organizational trust, in a significant state ( 2.36 36 3.89 equals 9.20) which shows that it has a positive and indirect effect on organizational health, so the main hypothesis of the research is confirmed and we conclude between responsibility and organizational health with There is a relationship between mediating organizational trust.
