The Relationship between Elementary Teachers 'Attitude and Environmental Education with the Mediating Role of Teachers' Self-Efficacy in Sabzevar Schools

In this study, the effect of teachers' attitudes on environmental education based on self-efficacy has been investigated. The method of the present study is a descriptive correlation based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study consists of all primary school teachers in Sabzevar. To measure the research variables, a questionnaire with a 5-choice Likert scale was prepared and this questionnaire was distributed among 280 teachers. The present research method was performed in two stages. In the first stage, using the study of scientific texts, the characteristics of the variables were identified and in the second stage The research findings show that teachers' environmental attitudes, both directly and indirectly, play a key role in environmental education through self-efficacy. Self-efficacy also has a positive, direct and significant effect on environmental education, the questionnaires were distributed according to the descriptive method of correlation type. The results showed that teachers' attitudes, both directly and indirectly, play a key role in environmental education through self-efficacy. Self-efficacy also has a positive, direct and significant effect on environmental education.
