deisigning amodel for the development of regional universities with a pathologic approach (case study:hakim sabzevari university)

Today, causal relationships between universities and regions indicate that the existence of a university can have profound and profound effects on the periphery, and if there is an overlap between the academic system and the value added region, it will be available to both sides. However, this pillar of knowledge is still fragmented and lacking in a comprehensive and efficient view. Hence, we present a suitable and efficient model for the development of university-region relations in this study. This study is a combination of exploratory design. The qualitative part of the topic analysis method and a small fraction of interpretive structural modeling have been used. From there, the ISM approach is based on expert opinion, and 29 expert opinions in the field of university and region have been used. The results of this research lead to the leveling of the factors affecting the development of university-region relations and the design of a model of these factors. The findings also showed that sustainable and research-based development, university-region relationship, and strategic and development-oriented management are respectively the most important factors in the inter-university development of the region and the region.
