Study of two-way contrasts and oppositions in terms of form and content in Nima Youshij's poetry

This research has been done with the purpose of clarifying the structure and the usage of oppositions two-way contrasts used in Nima Yooshij poems and understanding his thoughts and twofold opinions. In order to reach this purpose, the structures of contrasts and oppositions were first studied, then the contrasts between his poems and traditional poetry were studied in terms of structure and content and in the end, the contrasts in his viewpoints and his two fold viewpoints which sometimes resulted in Nima's self contradiction were discussed. The findings of this research shows that Nima Yooshij has a paradoxical character and that he has frequently used contrasts and oppositions in his poetry deliberately. More over Nima's poetry is not only different from the traditional poetry in form and for style but also differs in it's new perspective and in using new world views. The most important result of this research is to know more about Nima's character and his poetry in the domain of contrast and opposition
