Title : The effect of educational management on the tendency towards religious activities of first-year high school girls in Sabzevar city with (the mediating role of religious identity)

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of educational affairs management on religious activity inclination among female students in the first grade of secondary schools in Sabzevar, emphasizing the mediating role of religious identity. This research is applied in purpose and descriptive-correlational in method, using structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population consisted of all female students in Sabzevar during the 2025–2026 academic year, from which 300 students were selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire with 40 items measuring three constructs: educational affairs management, religious identity, and religious activity inclination. Content validity was confirmed by experts, and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha, which exceeded 0.80 for all constructs. The results indicated that educational affairs management has a positive and significant effect on students' inclination toward religious activities. Moreover, religious identity plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between educational affairs management and religious activity inclination. These findings highlight the importance of educational and religious programs in strengthening students' religious identity and enhancing their participation in religious activities.
