The impact of educational group leaders and elementary school leaders in Sabzevar city on improving school quality from the teachers' perspective based on the model of John Wiles and Joseph Bundy

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of educational leaders and elementary school leaders in Sabzevar on improving the quality of schools from the perspective of teachers based on the John Wiles and Joseph Bundy model. The sample of this study included 283 teachers from Sabzevar schools who were selected by simple random sampling. In the present study, the questionnaire for evaluating the performance of educational leaders and leaders by Amiri Mehraban and Yousefzadeh Chaussari (1400) and the questionnaire for educational quality in schools by Mousavi et al. (1396) were used. Inferential statistics (Kolomgorov-Smirnov test to determine the normality of data distribution for the use of parametric tests, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression) were used for data analysis, and for data analysis in the model process, we validated the measurement tool using the structural equation method using PLS software version 2024. The results showed that from the teachers' perspective, based on the John Wiles and Joseph Bundy model, educational leaders and elementary school leaders in Sabzevar city had a positive and significant impact on improving the quality of schools.
