): Investigating the impact of knowledge management capabilities on innovation performance with the moderating role of environmental dynamics

The banking system is one of the influential factors in the economic development of any country. Banks are economic enterprises that, like any other economic enterprise, must ultimately earn a profit in order to survive and develop. Earning a profit depends on attracting and retaining customers. In this study, the effect of knowledge management capabilities on innovation performance with the moderating role of environmental dynamics of employees and managers of the National Bank of Sabzevar has been examined. The statistical population of the study is managers and employees of the National Bank of Sabzevar. The sampling method is available sampling. The software used is SPSS software. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between the ability to absorb knowledge and a positive effect on innovation performance. There is also a significant relationship between the ability to transfer knowledge and a positive effect on innovation performance. There is a significant relationship between knowledge application capabilities and innovation performance. Environmental dynamics also moderate the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and innovation performance. Therefore, it is recommended that managers pay attention to the discussion of knowledge management in creating new innovations to increase employee satisfaction with the organization.
