Identifying the key factors of using organizational ergonomics with an emphasis on secondary schools (a synthesis study)

The purpose of the current research is to identify the key factors of organizational ergonomics in secondary schools. The current research is a research synthesis in terms of the type of qualitative data and its method. Valid scientific researches from 2012-2022 about ergonomics have been registered in specialized and scientific databases inside and outside the country. First, using the keywords of ergonomics, research synthesis and secondary level, and based on the inclusion of 1700 scientific studies, 1633 articles were excluded and finally 67 studies were selected for the final analysis. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied documents and were selected for the final analysis. The research data was collected from the studied documents, and for the qualitative analysis of the documents, Roberts' six-step research synthesis model was used using line-by-line coding methods of Max Kyoda 2020. Based on the identified codes, 96 open codes, 10 categories and 3 themes (factors) were extracted, which are 1-Ergonomics of classroom design, 2-Health ergonomics, 3-Environmental ergonomics. In the design and implementation of ergonomics, having a strategic plan and knowing the users correctly is a condition for success.
