The effect of beautiful management on self-concept and work motivation in primary education teachers of Sabzevar city in the academic year of 1402-1403

The aim of the current research is the effect of Beautiful management on self-concept and work motivation in primary education teachers of Sabzevar city in the academic year of 1402-1403. This research is a type of descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population in question is all primary school teachers in Sabzevar city, whose number was 1300. The statistical sample of the research was 297 people, who were selected by stratified random sampling method, and to collect data from Gominian's work motivation questionnaire (2013). ), self-concept questionnaire of Rogers (1989) and a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 10 questions were used. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive statistics methods (mean, percentage and figure) through SPSS software and inferential statistics (structural equation method) with the help of PLS software. The results showed that good management has a positive and meaningful effect on self-concept and work motivation in primary education teachers of Sabzevar city in the academic year of 2014-2014.
