Relationship between servant Leadership and paternal leadership on the performance of teachers girl high school in the city of Sabzevar

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the leadership of the servant and the patriarchal leadership with the performance of high school girls in Sabzevar. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method, it is a correlation type. The statistical population of the study was high school teachers of girls in Sabzevar city in 1996-96. The sample size of this study was based on the findings of the Morgan table of 205 female high school lecturers. A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select the sample. The research tool was Taylor's Servant Leadership Questionnaire, Pearsarravywin Sher Leadership Questionnaire and Performance Questionnaire was sarmade a oll. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics techniques such as frequency distribution tables, charts, central indices and dispersion indices were used first. To test the hypothesis, multivariate regression analysis and correlation coefficient test were used. All statistical methods were performed using SPSS 20 software. The results indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between servant leadership and patriarchal leadership with secretary's performance. The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that among the variables studied, the leadership style of the servant and the patriarchal leadership could predict the performance of the teachers.
