Brucella and Mucocutrium Study in Non-Pasteurized Cheeks in Jouin County by Pcr Method
Abstract
Brucellosis is one of the factors causing economic losses in livestock products, especially livestock in developing countries. The milk is contaminated by contact with the mating of the fetal cattle, pigs, sheep and goats that contain erythroatol and a growth factor for brucella. Rapid and accurate laboratory diagnostic procedures play a vital role in preventing the spread of the disease. The gold standard for brucellosis detection is the isolation of Brucella species, but for this purpose, equipment with a Biosafety level is required, high skill and long time passes. To overcome these problems, a sensitive and specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method is used.
Investigations and studies on non-pasteurized non-pasteurized milk are microbial contamination, including mycobacteria, which are basil and protozoan, and are not spores and are acidfast, the most important route of their transmission is oral feces. Two pathogenic pathogens, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium lepraea is. The aim of this study was to investigate Bruslau mycobacterium in non-pasteurized milk juvenile in Polymerase Chain Reaction.
Results: For this study, 60 raw milk samples from a milk collection center were randomly taken. On the specimens, a loop test was conducted to determine the presence of Brucella abortus antibodies. Pollution was observed in 30 samples (50%). According to the study, there is a possibility of Brucella contamination in raw milk of cattle and it is necessary to confirm microbiological studies.
