Identify the types of serotypes of S. aureus isolated from milk collected city Jovin by PCR and antimicrobial susceptibility
Identification of different staphylococcal serotypes isolated from milk collected in Jouin city by PCR method and determination of their antibiotic susceptibility
Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most important bacteria in food poisoning and human and animal diseases. Milk is an essential ingredient for the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, and dairy products are a known source of acute and chronic poisoning due to this bacterium.
Staphylococcus aureus produces a wide range of infections from simple skin infections (such as flushing, cork, scabies, eyelashes and abscesses) to life-threatening diseases (such as pneumonia, meningitis, osteomyelitis, endocarditis, toxic shock syndrome and septicemia). . Staphylococcus aureus is one of the five most common causes of nosocomial infections, especially postoperative wound infections.
Methods: In the present study, after identification of Staphylococcus from milk collections in Jouin County, the results showed that among the 20 samples studied, a sample of two bands, SEA and SEB, was a sample of two bands SEB and SEC, and three samples SEA were single and one was SED.
Staphylococcus aureus is a very important bacterial agent of food poisoning in many countries of the world. This bacterium produces a wide range of toxic secretions. Among the toxins produced, enterotoxins are very important. These toxins are water-soluble proteins released by bacterial cells and are considered as a cause of vomiting in food poisoning and gastroenteritis. Staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE), unlike classical antrotoxin like chloratooxin, has not been applied to epithelial cells, but its effect is due to vomiting and sympathetic effects on the nerve and sympathetic nerve, so SE can be named more correctly than neurotoxin.
