Legal study and legal verse 31 of Sura Noor (Astfaf)

Chastity and chastity are the prominent virtues that are emphasized in our religious teachings, especially in the Holy Qur'an and the traditions. The derivatives of the word chastity, which is in the sense of chastity, is used in four things in the Holy Qur'an, one in verse 273 of Surah al-Baqar and the other is verse 6 of Surah Nisaa, and the last of it is in verses 31 to 33 and 60 of the Surah of Mobarakeh Noor. Of course, there are other verses also used in the Qur'an, which has revealed chastity as one of the prominent traits of the believers, to the extent that, according to narrations, virtue is considered to be the highest worship. In addition to this, one of the important conditions for choosing a spouse in narrative texts and the holy Qur'an is the prominent trait of chastity. The importance and functions of the positive and negative aspects of sexual instinct make it one of the most focused topics in various sciences. One of the issues that has not been independently investigated in this regard is the relationship and attachment areas of veil and chastity that this article deals with. Explaining the concepts and definitions of hijab and chastity, examining the views and views of extremism, spirituality and Islamic moderation on the sexual instinct of the discussion and content of this article. Investigation and approach to hijab behaviors, speeches and dressings, external connotations and common works and functions of chastity and hijab such as psychological, social, psychological, psychological, and psychological, as well as ways to recover and achieve hijab and chastity, value and The jurisprudential and religious position of veil and chastity, the ruptures and differences of hijab and chastity in the field of concept, external examples and executive practices of achieving individual and society to chastity and hijab are the main axis of this research. Hijab and chastity are also examined from the perspective of jurisprudence and Islamic law.
