The relation ship b etween the entrepreneurial skills of manjaersand orjanizeational commitment of staff Education sabzvar

This study aimed to determine the relationship between managers with entrepreneurial skills and commitment of Education was Sabzevar. The purpose of this research, applied research, in terms of implementation, the method is Tvsyfy¬ solidarity. The study population employees of Sabzevar to 96, were selected. For data collection, questionnaires management skills, organizational commitment and entrepreneurial appraisal was used. Data for the analysis of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, average) and statistical tests (Kvlvmvgrvf Smirnov and Pearson) was used. The results showed that between managers with entrepreneurial skills and significant correlation exists-organizational commitment. So those other skills specific considerations. .
