تحقیق در شخصیت و آرای فقهای نامدار دیار سربداران در قرن چهاردهم
حوزه‌های علوم دینی شیعه در طول تاریخ فقها و مراجع بزرگواری داشته که در برابر جملات انحراف‌ها و کژیها ایستاده‌اند و مشعلی بوده‌اند فرا راه ملّتها. در فراگیری و نشر دانشهای مورد نیاز جامعه جمع آوری ثبت تبویب و تنقیح علوم قرآن آثار و احادیث پیامبر (ص) و اهل بیت (ع) از هیچ گونه کوششی دریغ نورزیده‌اند. در تبیین و ترویج احکام الهی و مسائل حلال و حرام نیز جدیت و تلاش فراوان داشته و مردمان را از کوثر زلال معرفت خویش سیراب نموده‌اند. ارائه این گونه خدمات با امکانات اندک و دشمنان بسیار و حاکمان و سلاطین ستمگری که برای محو آثار رسالت با تمام نیرو بسیج شده بودند کار آسانی نبوده است و یقین اجر و پاداش آنان کمتر از (جهاد فی سبیل اللّه) نیست.
گذشته از مجاهدات و تلاشهای علمی و فرهنگی آنان (که به حق برتر از خون شهیدان است) فقهایی که به سودای اصلاح جامعه و تدبیر خلق برخاسته‌اند و در هر عصری از اعصار دفاع از مقدسات دینی و میهنی و دخالت در فعالیتهای سیاسی و اجتماعی را سرلوحه کار و زندگی خویش قرار داده‌اند بسیارند.
در این پژوهش به بررسی آرای فقهی و نیز زندگانی این عزیزان در قرن 14 دیار سربداران می‌پردازیم.
