The Relationship of Participatory Leadership and Decision-Making Power by Solving Confronts of Primary School Directors in Sabzevar

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between participatory leadership and decision making power with conflict resolution of male elementary school principals in Sabzevar, Iran. The purpose of the present study is type Applied research is a quantitative research in terms of research and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The research population is all elementary school principals in Sabzevar. They are 38 people. Because of the limited statistical population of managers, the census sampling method was used to fill in all 30 questionnaires. SPSS software was used. The research instrument was standardized participatory leadership questionnaire, standard decision making questionnaire It was Scott and Bruce and Robbins conflict management questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the correlation of participatory leadership variable in a linear combination with conflict resolution equals 0.597 and also the correlation of decision making power in a linear combination with conflict resolution equals 0.733. In other words, leaders who have the ability to solve Conflicts are higher, have higher decision-making power and use a participatory style. Thus, 0.573 of the variance in conflict resolution is determined by changes in participatory leadership and decision-making power.
