Study of the relationship between the content dimension of the neglected curriculum and the professional competence of primary education graduates of the Farhangian University of Sabzevar Education

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the content dimension of the neglected curriculum and the professional competence of elementary education graduates of Sabzevar University of Education. The research method of this study is correlation. The statistical population of this study consisted of all graduates of elementary education in Farzian University of Sabzevar and functions who graduated from 1976-1976. From among 240 graduates, 140 were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan sample size table. Were. Two questionnaires were used for conducting this research: 1- Teacher Professional Qualification Questionnaire (Mollaiejad, 2012) with 39 items and rated teachers' professional competencies in three subgroups: managerial, cognitive-skill and attitude- Measured behavior. 2- The researcher-made questionnaire was a neglected syllabus with 30 items. The design of this questionnaire was based on the lived experiences of 30 alumni of Shahid Hashemi Nejad campus, which were used to ensure the selection of appropriate items and items of content validity. (CVR) was used and Cronbach's alpha test was used to check the reliability of the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.85. The questionnaire measures the neglected curriculum in 10 indices. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between neglected curriculum and teachers' professional competence and all research hypotheses were confirmed.
