Civil liability of the press in relation to the compensation of individuals by publishing private artists news

In the current world, especially the recent decades of press, we have played a major role in our social life. This role becomes more intense and more effective than ever before, so that the press can sometimes bring public minds with their thoughts. Despite the importance of this role, the press and its associates are no responsibility. The influences and the major role that the press is playing in today's society is not at stake, as the press is called the fourth pillar of democracy. The greater the impact of the subject on the community, the more solidarity should be attributed to the subject and its affiliates. Several people, such as the author, manager, owner, reporter, publisher, distributor, etc., are involved in the press, each of which may have responsibilities in the exercise of their functions and powers. The civil liability of the press pertains to the necessity of compensating for the damage caused to the audience by the conventional or unconventional performance of a publication
