the effects of self-control instruction on dormitory students’ self-steem enhancement of Baghiyatalah's femail Technical college in Sabzevar

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and conscientiousness with job enthusiasm and staffing in the staff of Islamic culture and guidance departments of Khorasan Razavi. The method of this research is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the research is all employees of Islamic culture and guidance departments of Khorasan Razavi province. The statistical population of this study was 300 people, 120 of them were selected based on Krejcy and Morgan tables and were selected by simple random sampling method. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics using spss version 21 software. The descriptive statistics were used by statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation and regression. The results of this study showed that organizational commitment and conscientiousness are related to the maintenance of manpower and job enthusiasm, but the predictive power of organizational commitment is more than conscientiousness for retaining manpower and job enthusiasm. The findings also show that there is a relationship between organizational commitment with job enthusiasm and human resource maintenance, and there is a relationship between work conscientiousness and career enthusiasm, but there is no relation between work conscience and human resource support
