The Impact of Knowledge Management System on Knowledge Management Capabilities with regard the Mediating role of Innovative capabilities

The contemporary world is evolving at an amazing pace. Organizations, as one of the most prominent features of today's societies, are also rapidly changing, and in the current system of knowledge promotion is one of the major goals of any living and active organization. Therefore, it is clear to what extent the study of the variables affecting it can guide managers in improving the organization. In this regard, in this study, we investigate the impact of knowledge management system on knowledge management capabilities due to the mediating role of innovation capabilities (Case Study: Sabzevar Education). This research is a descriptive-analytical research in terms of type and nature and in terms of purpose, it is a kind of applied research. In this research, the presented model is tested using a sample of 193 and partial least squares (PLS). The findings indicate the significant positive impact of the knowledge management system on the knowledge management capabilities directly and indirectly (through open innovation capabilities). Innovation and open innovation capabilities also have a significant impact on knowledge management capabilities. This research sheds light on the fact that by investing in innovation, they not only lose but also gain a competitive advantage through improved knowledge management
