THE EXAMINATION defense of privacy province,with a focus on defense Martyrs Shrine

Provincialism is one of the main pillars and basic teachings of the religion of Islam, but, more precisely, its most basic and fundamental doctrine. The issue of the province has a great and special significance. The governorate is the leader of the religion, the foundation and the pillar and the principle of Islam is dear. Islam has an amazing breadth and scope that encompasses all the realms and dimensions of life. Regarding the jurisprudential justification of Shiism, the tradition and consensus on the defense of the Wilayat is obligatory. According to the book, the verses of the province, the perfection of religion, propaganda, it is proved that the defense of the privacy of the province is obligatory. Also, according to the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), referring to the hadith of Saqalain, the Hadith of monotheism and the hadith of Ghadir, it is proved that the defense of the province of the province is obligatory for all Muslims. It is possible to defend the province with the affairs of property and life and the expression that the martyr and protector of the guardianship of the province have fulfilled this obligatory duty with their lives. In accordance with the recommendations and instruction held by the Greai header of Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini, and the Majestic leader who claims that wiloyet – e- faghih is the same as the leadership of the holy prophet, the shrine defens martyrs and the prophet off springs accept the sincere leadership of wilayat-e- faghih and with rollowing the shiism jurisprudential (Quran, sagings, and ijman?) awarded their blood loislam and shined in defense of the territory of wilayat.
