The principles and the quality of execution by looking at the rights of people and the right of being punished

Abstract: A categorization that, to a large extent, is linked to a passable and non-expedient crime, is the categorization of crimes against Allah and Allah. This division is also implicitly mentioned in the Islamic Penal Code and in the Public Prosecutor's Courts and in the Criminal Code. Here, too, the question arises as to which of the offenses set forth in the Islamic Penal Code and other laws, which is the offense of God and what is the right of allegiance? What is the question of determining God's truth and good deeds? The term al-Qa'ullah is in contrast to the law of justice. Many jurisprudents and lawyers have interpreted it to public rights, and have argued that since God is unnecessary and is not conceivable from any bite for him, then the right that is binding on the whole community Islam is considered to be the title of the Islamic faith, the so-called God, but some of the jurisprudents and lawyers disagreed with such an opinion, and they did not correctly understand the law of God for public rights, saying that the public rights are the legal status (contract) that is required to maintain order and morality The community is set up, while the rights of Allah, the right of the kingdom of God, is to bring the servants to heart He has committed the commission of verbs. In this research, we examine jurisprudence and legal punishment from the point of view of the right ... or the right to claim it.
