The method of collecting information is a library. In the library, important and useful content of books and articles and credible sources was searched and then categorized into the topic. Termination and termination of this contract as well as other contracts are possible in the event of a combination of the conditions envisaged by the law, and if there is any termination or cancellation of this type of contract, the works will be created by the parties to the contract. The results showed that in Iran's law, such as insurance, they are a marriage contract, there is a way to cancel it.
