Survey of Influential Factors knowledge sharing among teachers of Esfarayen Secondary Education

Knowledge sharing is of great importance to the organization, in that it contributes to the development of skills, capabilities, added value, and the protection of competitive advantage to the organization (Dave Wehrn, 2006). In addition, in a resource-based perspective, knowledge is the most basic strategic resource of an organization. Management of this resource is one of the most important challenges faced by organizations, especially educational institutions (Hevf and Ryder, 2004 ). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factors on knowledge sharing among high school teachers of Esfarayn. This research is a fundamental aim and in terms of nature and descriptive method, a survey is a correlation type. The statistical population of the study consists of all teachers of secondary education in Esfarayne education numbering 600 people. The sample size of this study was considered by using cluster sampling method and random sampling method was considered 234 people. The research tool is a questionnaire of factors affecting knowledge sharing. To test the research hypotheses using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the normal variables of the research were examined and verified by normalization, to analyze the research hypotheses in order to increase the test power, the Pearson correlation coefficient was analyzed by SPSS 20 software An analysis was made. The results indicate that various factors such as individual, organizational and technical factors affect knowledge sharing. And because the significance level is less than 0.05, this effect is significant.
