The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic planning of the championship sport in Khorasan Razavi province. The method of this research is based on purpose-based classification in applied research and is a correlation-descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the present study was experts and managers of sport championship. Sixty people were selected as targeted and available as a sample. In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed by ten sports management professors whose content validity has been confirmed by the professors and their reliability has been calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89, and after completion of the questionnaire Using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, statistical indices such as frequency, valid percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation (in the form of table and graph) and inferential statistics of binomial test (ratio test) and Friedman in order to prioritize use Became The results showed that the main achievements of the champions and their lack of equipment were the champions' welcome. The most important weakness and attention to other institutions, such as the education of opportunity and the lack of suitable spaces and facilities, is the most important threat to the championship sport, and the choice of conservative strategy Khorasan Razavi province is the most suitable strategy for the development of the championship sport.
