Research In view Hakim sabzevary

Jurisprudence science is from the sciences that specialized to the holy religion of Islam and its appearance began from the early years of the Islam apparition and during fourteen centuries passed its developmental way and survived itself dynamically and strongly. The Holy prophet of Islam and innocent Imams (peace be upon them) were the grounder of the jurisprudence and their real followers by the inspiration of their leaders have been the guidelines of the jurisprudence and vexillates to lead people to the science of Al-e-Mohammad(peace be upon them). The art of jurisprudence is to derivation and deduction of the rules from Quran documents, Sonnat, consensus and sapience. Jurisprudence is a theoretical science while Cabala is merely quotation and retentive. Hakim Sabzevari during his fertile life had tens of worthwhile compilations which after passing two centuries of the death of that dignified scientist, brighten the sky of the Knowledge, and help the scholars in religion and philosophy domains. Hakim Sabzevari has written two books in jurisprudence. One of them is "Sharh-e-Nebras Alhoda fee Ahkam Alfeqh va Asrarha" which is about jurisprudence and worship mysteries. In this book, Hakim has brought the religious rules in a poetical way and then explained those poems. The other book is "Asrar Alhokm fee Almoftateh va Almokhtatem"in which he represented the rules of some jurisprudence books as well as their theosophical mysteries. Therefore, this research tries to present Hakim Sabzevaris' viewpoints and ideas based on the subject of these two books.
