risk management and the board size to the value and performance of the company

Measuring the value and performance of companies in the decision-making process with regard to development and the important role capital markets of the main themes of the field of finance and economics. In the present study sought to evaluate the impact of Risk management and risk committee on value and performance of Company . The study sample consisted of 105 companies for the period 2013 through 2015. Researcher firms listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange using statistical tests, trying to find an answer to this question is whether there is a relationship between Risk Management and Risk Committee with Value and Performance of our Company. Based on the results and statistical tests can be at the level of 5 percent Risk Management and Risk Committee with the performance of the company there is a significant relationship, and between Risk Management and Risk Committee with the value of Company there is no significant relationship
