Legal effects disobedience both wife and husband in Jurisprudence and Iranian Law

One of the problems between the couple's disobedience in life and family relationships that lead to the loss of alimony to the wife by the husband.because alimony is one of the commitments accepted paired with his wife obligation placed on and as long as the wife is permanent marriage couples and couples alimony to his total obedience awarded and in this case,the fall of alimony in case of lack of consensus among Khamse religious terms as well as in civil law express a favorable opinion of jurists and religious scholars laws it has.because civil law intended to keep pace with the Quran and religious scholars the law states that the government and authorities in its implementation efforts have paid enough.
