the juridical study of lyric in worships from the prespective of five religions

Sometimes we can discriminate badness and goodness of a thing through knowing its inventor and founder; it means that if an action or treatment founded or promoted by honorable person, or by his advice, that action known as a good action and cause access to God, and also if an action or tradition established by a malicious man, we see that it is disagreeable and cause to be away from God’ mercy. About lyric, we assume that there is no reason for its provoking (while there are a lot of reasons) through this way we can get its indecency; because base on the existing reasons, lyric invented by Satan, and during the history it is promoted by careless person and who is not undertaker toward religion, such as kings of oppression and their lewd officials. Lyric or singing is a topic which is studied in medical, psychological, religious and juridical explorations since long. All the Muslim scholars agree that joyful and immoral lyric is sure illegal in which religious law and intellect confirm it and all should avoid. However, if singing was not joyful and immoral, what is the order and what should we do? This study examines this topic through religious sources and jurisconsults’ sentences, and all aspects are explored.
