Jurisdictional foundations of humor and its provisions

Humor is one of the most efficient forms of artistic expressions. Because of its attractions and special properties compatible with most moralities, humor is allocated to a large audience. Due to laughter and spiritual expansion that Humor creates in the audience, it easily captures the audience’s feelings and emotions, and indirectly influences his heart and belief. Considering this importance, accurate identification of how to use this form is essential for all humorists. Humor may include a matter of moral, cultural, political, military, social, and so on. Topic of Humor can be devoted an individual or a group, sect or nation and society. In humor, the human and his life, in every aspect, is discussed. Sometimes humor pays to the human soul and his filths and by zooming out on them warns the human about the risks they may have. Sometimes humor attacks to specific groups and sects and their beliefs and reveals the ugly truth of their actions. Sometimes humor refers to Social evils and disadvantages which human soul and his egoism has created them and manifests the bitter truths. Humor evokes the community members from ignorance and neglect to awareness and remedy.
