The legal review of boundary guarding in Islamic republic

Border guarding has two distinct meaning according to the dictionary definition it means the the place especially mosque in which some people are staying and getting ready to defend the Islam when it is in danger and specifically it is defind when some people are present in the boundaries being ready to defend the enemies attacking. Guarding the boundaries of every country is one of the governments crucial duties.The duty of these border guards ;though,depends on the rules of Islamic republic of Iran, it is based on the juridical rules imbued with religious ideas rooted in islam.There are a lot of verses in the holy Quran regarding the battling against deadly heresies and also the protecting the borders and boundaries of the Islamic countries. Our prophet ,Muhammad,(pbuh)has also expressed a lot of sentences about the subject of borders belonging to muslims and atheists. At the end it should be mentioned that all jurists and those having knowledge in religious matters have expressed their opinions about his inviolable matter.,so the juridical bases and also the basics have an important role in determining the domain of borders and the duty of border guards.
