مبانی فقهی و احکام صدقه
صدقه، به اموالی می‌گویند که در راه خدا داده می‌شود. در دین اسلام همان‌گونه که کسب درآمد از هر راهی مُجاز نیست، خرج‌کردن مال نیز در هر راهی صحیح نمی‌باشد. یکی از نیکوترین راه‌های مورد تأیید اسلام برای صرف مال، صدقه دادن آن در راه خداست.
صدقه در تمامی مکاتب انبیاء جایگاه والایی داشته است و از مشخصات پیامبران الهی وجانشینان آن‌ها وموحدان و خداپرستان طول تاریخ بوده واز اجزا وارکان ایمان ونشانه وعلامتی بر صداقت انسان است یکی از آموزه‌های دستوری قرآن، صدقه است. در بسیاری از روایات، صدقه با دو اثر جذب منفعت و دفع بلا مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. از این رو صدقه دادن در هر روز به ویژه برای دفع بلا و رفع گرفتاری‌ها به عنوان مستحب معرفی شده و از مومنان خواسته شده تا با صدقه دادن خود را بیمه کنند.
صدقه کردن درراه خدا یکی از بهترین راه‌ها برای تقرب جستن به درگاه حضرت حق می‌باشد. لکن این پندار به اشتباه در میان عده‌ای رایج شده است که تنها ثروتمندان و توانگران می‌توانند درراه خدا از اموال خویش بخشش نمایند و تهیدستان و فقیران از برکات این امر محرومند. بر اساس مبانی اسلامی هر کس چه فقیر باشد و چه ثروتمند، می‌تواند درراه خدا از آنچه دوست دارد ببخشد. چرا که کمیت در این مسئله ارزشی ندارد بلکه مهم نیت و اخلاص هنگام بخشیدن است.

Charity, said that the property is in the way of Allah. In Islam as in any way are not allowed to earn money, spend money in any way is not correct. One of the better ways to spend money by Islam, alms giving in the way of God.

In many traditions, charity benefits and repel evil with double-effect absorption is emphasized.
One of the best ways to approach charity the way of Allah is seeking to Almighty God. But the notion among some common mistakes that only the rich and wealthy could own property in the way of Allah, forgiveness and the poor are deprived of the blessings of this. Based on Islamic principles everyone is poor or wealthy, can not forgive the way God what he loves. Why is that important quantity in this case is nothing but faith and devotion when it is up.
