The Instances of Humanitarian Law in Islamic Jurisprudence

Humanitarian law is a set of values that In all times and places of dignity and human dignityof all individuals and groups simply because they are human beings, especially in times of war and militarism. Dating humanitarian law is as old as human history. And war between Cain and Abel began thinking of humanitarian law. God created man as his successor and the best creatures put on earth and respect for human and he has a high position to the extent that the angels envy to the "human" There for Islam is completed and perfected religion Islam to protect the privacy and human dignit in the legal and judicial rulings particular attention to the observance of humanitarian law. These rights prevent the shedding of innocent blood in the war that orders and decrees in this regard expressed. Lack of child rape women and the elderly ,avoid ambush, abstain from killing prisoners of war, camisado is among them. In this thesis, we're going according reasons deduced aspecially the Quran and Sunnah , we express evidence and effects of human rights and humanitarian law as more and more obvious the truth of Islam and the holy religion of Islam.
