Foundations and documenting of dynamism Islamic jurisprudence

The Islamic jurisprudence has some characteristics which are found rarely in other knowledge's. Among these characteristics, three of them are more important and can partly reveal some aspects of this knowledge: Its eternity, its universality and its flexibility. The mentioned characteristics' expression compels each freethinker to ask these fundamental questions: Among the human's endless needs, what is the reason of its efficiency? And what is its mechanism? Meanwhile expressing the discussion bases, this writing is going to specify the reasons and factors of the jurisprudence's dynamism and growth in the field of human's social life, and then answer some misgivings about this field.
