Bowing down in prayer (Ruku) involves many blessings and beneficial effects for the individual that the removal of grave fear and nearness to God is the greatest works .This pillar of prayer like other acts of prayer Including rules and provisions that The worshiper to comply with them reach to the more virtuous of prayer that bending , keep calm in bowing down of prayer , standing , keep calm after bowing down in prayer is among of obligations bowing down in prayer (Ruku) ,raising hands before bowing down ,say Takbir ,Smoothing back , Drag neck , Put hands on knees with open fingers and say about the attributes of God “Him Praise to Almighty God who is the Greatest and I am worshiping”,” God heard the one who was praising and worshiping Him “after bowing down in prayer is one of the most important rules and recommendations in prayer and paste hands to body in bowing down in prayer , throwing head , Put your hands between the knees And reading the Qur'an, including one who is abominable.
