Freedom is of the most fundamental issues of human life and has long been regarded by mankind.Because freedom is the desire of all humanbeings and everybody wants to be free.There are different types of freedom and today One of the prevalent issues in human societies is Individual freedom. Individual freedom include the following 1-The right to live2- Freedom of going from one place to another 3- security for shelter and housing and private life 4-Security for correspondence and conversations and personal secrets5-Individual security 6-Providing the conditions for Judicial security and Right to Administration of Justice Freedom of speech 8-Freedom of thought and belief 9-Freedom for social behavior.life for humanbeings and Having the spirit of overleadership and predominance Since the beginning of the creation of humanbeing has caused some impede Individual freedoms of other humans.Undoubtedly explaining the fundamental of jurisprudence of freedom from the standpoint of Koran and Ahl al-Bayt traditions and the opinions of the great jurists and scholars of islam is The biggest defense against inadmissible accusations that have been made against islam In relation to this topic. Thease basics of the holy book include the compulsion verse and some vereses of the Surah Hud in Prophet Shuaib (PBUH) story and onstream and Theological traditions of The Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) and Ahl al-Bayt and reasoning and Wisdom. It should be noted there are several differences about freedom between islam viewpoint and western doctrines and the most important difference is the humanistic and moral viewpoint to humanbeing and Human dignity from standpoint of islam.
