The aspects of sharing and differentiating the marriage contract with other certain contracts

Marriage has certain economic, legal, personal and social consequences for husband and wife. Therefore, after concluding a marriage contract, the parties to the contract enjoy rights and are bound to perform duties towards each other. Each of them will have certain rights and at the same time they must assume responsibilities within the framework of the contract. The purpose of this research is to investigate the similarities and differences between the marriage contract and other specific contracts. The method of carrying out this research is descriptive and analytical and of the type of library studies. The results showed that marriage is an essential part of Islamic marriage, which requires compliance with criteria such as consent, eligibility, presence of witnesses, doher and guardian, marriage is one of the important aspects of Islamic marriage, which requires careful planning, preparation and observance of Islamic laws and customs Is. By following these guidelines and working together to build a strong and loving relationship, couples can build a solid foundation for a happy and fulfilling life together. Also, in Islamic jurisprudence and Iranian law, which is based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah, the dowry and alimony of a woman is the responsibility of the man. There is a consensus among jurists on this issue, but they differ in its details. In general, the Nikah contract has many commonalities and few differences with other specific contracts, and these differences are specific to the category of Nikah.
