Analyzing the experiences of managers during the corona epidemic in order to make suggestions for post-corona education

The aim of the present research was to analyze the lived experiences of the principals from the analysis of the lived experiences of secondary level principals during the corona pandemic in order to make suggestions for the post-corona era. This research was one of Husserl's descriptive phenomenological qualitative researches, which was conducted based on the theme analysis model. The potential participants in this research were middle school managers working in Sabzevar city in the academic year 1402-1401 and the research tool was semi-structured interview. To select the subjects, a targeted approach and theoretical saturation criterion were used, and finally fifteen managers were included in the group of participants. Data analysis was done using thematic analysis method. After extracting and categorizing the subject, four dimensions included the crisis in virtual teaching and learning, neglect and forgetting of the educational process, one-sided and hidden relationships between teachers and students, and finally, changing the system of moral and emotional issues. Also, ten themes were identified in relation to the discovered dimensions. Data validity was determined using verifiability techniques through researchers' self-review and reliability by carefully directing the flow of information collection and aligning related research. According to the results, the necessity of accepting virtual education with all its merits and eliminating its weaknesses and problems is undeniable.
