Modeling the structural relationships of happiness based on Academic Self-Efficacy٫ Parents parenting styles mediated by Educational Enthusiasm Students of Sabzevar Azad University

Abstract(include summary, goals, executive ways and results): The aim of this study was to model the cause of happiness based on self-efficacy and parenting style mediated by academic engagement. This research is a descriptive correlation based on structural equation modeling method. The statistical population of this study consisted of all students of Sabzevar Azad University in the academic year 1399-1400. The research sample consisted of 345 students who were selected by simple random sampling method. The instruments used in this study include: Oxford Argyle & Lowe (1990) Happiness Questionnaire, Owen and Framan (1998) Student Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, Frederick, Bloomfield and Paris (2004) and Diana Bamrind (2002) Parenting Methods Questionnaire. They were. Structural regression equations were used to design the model. The results showed that academic self-efficacy and parenting style have a direct positive and significant effect on happiness. Academic engagement and parenting style have a positive and significant indirect effect on happiness through academic engagement. Academic engagement positively predicts happiness. Overall, the results indicate that academic motivation plays a mediating role between academic engagement, parenting style, and student happiness.
