The relationship between intellectual capital and social capital with organizational voice in government offices in sabzevar

The purpose of this study aims to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and social capital with organizetion voice of government employees in Sabzevar. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of research method.the statistical population of the study includes all employees of government departments in Sabzevar in 2020- 2021.which included 15000 people and 374 people as a sample of research using startified random measurement method using cochran table was selected.the data required for the research were collected using the standard Bonitz intellectual capital questionnair 2000 and the social capital of Nahapit and Gushal 1998 and the organization voice of Hams2012.questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS22 software. data were analyzed at the level of descriptive statistics (frequency and mean deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Durbin-Watson test, regression and Pearson test). the results showed that: 1- there is a significant positive relationship between intellectual capital and social capital with the organizational voice of Sabzevar government employees. 2- there is a significant positive relationship between intellectual capital and social capital of Sabzevar government employees. 3- Intellectual capital has a positive and meaningful relationship with the organizational voice of Sabzevar government employees. 4- there is a significant positive relationship between social capital and the organizational voice of Sabzevar government employe.
