disclosing social responsibility and company performance with the mediating role of company reputation and moderating the honesty of the CEO

Abstract This study examines the disclosure of corporate social responsibility and performance: the mediating role of corporate reputation and the moderator of the CEO's honesty. The statistical population of the study is Tehran Stock Exchange companies, in which 104 companies were selected during the time period from the beginning of 1393 to the end of 1398 for 6 years with the necessary conditions. In this study, panel data model was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical method used in this study is a combined data method that was used to analyze the data Eviews7 software. Disclosure of social responsibility has a significant impact on the company's performance and reputation. Also, the company's reputation has a significant impact on the company's performance.
