Jurisprudential and Legal Investigation of Endowment of Securities and Investment in Endowments from the Viewpoint of Khamseh Religions

Waqf is one of the most important legal and economic institutions and it seems that according to the requirements of time and place and conditions and current situation, we should try to expand the scope of endowments and move the circle of endowments to new tools. Although the principle of waqf is accepted by most societies, but today one of the most important issues is the dispute in the field of waqf property, the need to review the jurisprudential-legal and economic issues of Brexit is not hidden. Securities are traded on the stock exchange market. Because of the vast benefits that this market has and the profit that goes to its investor, we see that people are investing part of their assets in this market. Among the different types of securities, stocks are the only securities that have the conditions of endowable property according to the purpose and basis of the endowment. The possibility of endowment of this security can be confirmed according to the concept of tax and the intention of the endowment of its endowment. It seems that among the different types of securities that are traded in the Tehran Stock Exchange market today, the eligible shares belong to the endowment and its endowment is possible. According to the jurisprudential committee of the stock exchange market, the endowment license cannot be justified on the basis of the common property endowment license.
