The Relationship between Social Adjustment and Resilience with Job Breakdown in Cultural Employed Women in Sabzevar

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social adjustment and resilience with job breakdown in cultural employed women in Sabzevar. The research is applied in terms of the purpose of the research and the research method is correlation. The statistical population of this study is women cultural workers in Sabzevar city, 4850 of them were selected according to the volume of society and 360 people were selected by Morgan table. Data collection tools were Bell Social Adjustment Questionnaire (1992), Kaner and David Son Resilience Questionnaire (1991) and Maslesh and Jackson Job Breakdown Standard Questionnaire (1981). Data analysis at the inferential level was used to test the main hypothesis of the research, multivariate regression analysis was used by stepwise method and Pearson correlation was used to test the sub-hypotheses. The findings indicate that social adjustment and resilience have a negative and significant relationship with job breakdown in cultural employed women in Sabzevar
