Investigating the effect of optimal level of excitement andspecific characteristics of information technology on intention to use electronic services

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of optimal level of arousal and specific characteristics of information technology on the intention to use electronic services. This research is a part of applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population in this study included 117 employees of Sabzevar Bank Saderat branches who were selected by census method. To collect data related to research variables, a questionnaire taken from the study of Avernio et al. (2019) was used. Therefore, in the present study, a 28-item questionnaire was used to measure four variables. The validity of the variables was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.86. ¬The content validity of the questionnaire was approved by expert professors. For statistical analysis, factor analysis method was used using SPSS software version 19 and structural model method was used using PLS software version 3. The results showed that the optimal level of arousal has a significant effect on the intention to use electronic services, innovation in information technology, the use of microcomputer play. Perceived ease modulates the relationship between innovation, optimal level of motivation, and playfulness in the microcomputer in information technology on the intention to use electronic services
