Investigating the Relationship between Entrepreneurship University and Academic Performance Development with the Mediating Role of Knowledge Management of Staff and Faculty Members of Hakim Sabzevari University

Thepresent study seeks to develop the performance of the university through a conceptual model by integrating the processes of the University of Entrepreneurship and Knowledge Management. The method of the present study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the present study is 600 employees and faculty members at Hakim University of Sabzevar. To measure the research variables, a questionnaire with a 5-choice Likert scale was prepared and this questionnaire was distributed among 224 employees and faculty members. In order to analyze the data of the questionnaire in the inferential statistics section, single-sample T-tests, Clomogrov-Smirnov, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural model were used. The research results showed that the University of Entrepreneurship plays a key role in the development of the university's performance, both directly and indirectly, through knowledge management. Knowledge management also has a positive, direct and significant effect on the development of university performance.
