Ownership structure, governance, and innovation

One of the topics of study in corporate governance is its impact on enterprise innovation. Today, it is claimed that the common denominator of organizational success is largely rooted in innovation. Various studies on innovation have been studied, and in general, the factors affecting innovation are related to various aspects of corporate governance, and in fact the most important factor influencing innovation is corporate governance. The main purpose of this study is to determine the impact of ownership structure, corporate governance and innovation. This research was conducted for a period of 5 years in the Tehran Stock Exchange. Sample information of the studied companies was analyzed and analyzed after reviewing the availability of their information by collecting with the help of Class Excel software and with the help of Iveoz software. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between institutional ownership, government ownership and innovation, and this relationship is significant. But there is a negative relationship between concentration of ownership and innovation, and this relationship is significant. Ownership focus has led to risk aversion, which can have a negative impact on investment in innovative activities. There is also a positive relationship between board independence and innovation, and this relationship is significant
