The jostle in the compliance right of the married couple and the physical security of the wife in the range of family law

On of the most prominent and common chaiienges in todays society in a family is the rights that couples have towards each other is the right to normal sexual intercourse. Establishing this relationship correctly plays an importans role in maintaining and strenghthening the family and preventing possible deviations between husband and wife and their mental and physical health . A review of this study from the perspective of sexual and physical of compliance with individual demands with the aim of reviewing it has been done with the aim of examining the sexual rights and duties of couples in different situations . According to the hypotheses and questions considered in this research ، the descriptive library and analytical method using jurisprudential and principle inferences and legal doctrine and referendums of the great authorities states that according to the holy verse “Husband and wife have equal rights and this right is doubled .That is contrast to the womans duty ،which is obedience to her husband in sexual matters ، the man has a right to the woman ، and establishing such a balance ، which is a combination of right and duty ، will lead to the adjustment and regulation of sexual relations . Otherwise، marital satisfaction and marital physical health will be impaired . The reason for this obligation ، in addition to the necessity of good companionship in couples relationships . The application of the status quo arises from the obligatory ruling on sexual intercourse as well as the guidance of Rumi being this right . Therefore if the man does not respect the womans right in this regard and the woman refuses to performthe marita l act ، she will not be sentenced to indecency .
