تخصص کمیه ی حسابرسی و کیفیت حسابرسی با نقش تعدیلی حق الزحمه حسابرسی
این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر تخصص کمیته حسابرسی بر کیفیت حسابرسی با نقش تعدیلی حق الزحمه حسابرسی می پردازد. در این پژوهش ما کیفیت حسابرسی را سازمان حسابرسی یا موسسه رتبه الف بودن حسابرس واحد تجاری در نظر گرفتیم و با این فرض که موسسات رتبه الف و سازمان حسابرسی خدمات با کیفیت تری ارائه می کند. در این پژوهش، تعداد 70 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اواراق بهادار تهران در دوره ی زمانی 6 ساله طی سال های 1392-1397 بررسی شده است. برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش از مدل رگرسیون لوجستیک پانلی استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که تخصص مالی و استقلال کمیته حسابرسی ارتباط مثبتی با کیفیت حسابرسی دارد و همچنین حق الزحمه حسابرسی هیچ گونه اثر معناداری بر رابطه آنها ندارد. نتایج همچنین حاکی از عدم وجود رابطه مثبت معنادار بین اندازه کمیته حسابرسی و کیفیت حسابرسی بود و حق الزحمه حسابرسی نیز هیچگونه تاثیری بر این رابطه ندارد.

The investigating the effect of audit commitee expertise on audit quality with moderating audit fees
This study aims to assess the impact of audit committee expertise on audit quality with the mediatory role of audit fee. In this paper, audit quality is considered as an audit organization or a rank A firm with assumption that these two groups present high-quality services. In this study, 70 listed firms on Tehran Stock Echange were analyzed within a 6-year period from 2013-2018. Panel Logistic Regression Model is used for hypothesis trsting. The obtained results indicate that there is a positive association between financial expertise and audit committee independence and audit quality and auidt fee has no significant effect on them. The results also reveal no positive and significant relationship between audit committee size and audit quality and audit fee has no impact on this relationship.
