Religion in society and how it affects politics

As the centuries have passed since the divine religions were communicated to the prophets and its profound effect on people's beliefs, one of the most important issues that have been raised has been the study of the influence of religion in various sectors including society, politics, economics and other issues. The purpose of this study is to examine religion in society and how it affects politics. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of implementation. The results of the study show that regardless of the conceptual intertwining of the two categories of religion and politics, the three principal parts of Islamic excellence, ideology, shari'a, and ethics are the ones that express this deep, principled and inseparable relationship between them. As to the substantive content of religion and politics, there is no room for doubt that in Islam the relationship between religion and politics is a logical and substantive one, both necessary and indispensable, in other words, as a principle. And a general and underlying basis for Islamic thought is undeniable. In the realm of politics and the realm of religion, there are commonalities that link them in purpose and in a series of important social life issues. But at the same time, each of them has their own distinctive features and features, and therefore inevitably separate from each other in certain circumstances. For example, in conditions of state corruption and political authority that shut down any reform, religion will lead to isolation and call on its followers to step down from politics, as will politicians and politicians in conditions of religious despotism and corruption. Religious authority may expel religion, even if they are religious.
