The study the Impact of Freedom conditional and punishment suspension on the correction of ۷۰ convicts eligible and their family in Torbate heydarieh prison

The present study investigated the effect of parole institutions on the correction of 70 eligible convicts and their families in Torbat-e Heydarieh penitentiary. The use of this privilege by a prisoner is subject to the fulfillment of the conditions under which it is fulfilled, and by fulfilling it, the legislator has been able to punish the offender who has committed a crime, and one of the characteristics of punishment is intimidation, fear and humiliation Is implemented. In this study, a questionnaire was used in Torbat-e-Heydariyeh prison to collect information from inmates and prisoners. The statistical population of the study was 70 prisoners in Torbat-e-Heydariyeh who were randomly selected to cooperate. They were investigated before being sentenced to prison, while serving their sentences, and after receiving parole and a suspended sentence. The results of this study showed that parole and suspension of punishment play an important role in improving the performance of prisoners and their return to society, and only three people from the study community committed a crime after using parole and suspension of punishment.
